    All newer Sony tv’s have the same technology. It’s just simulated surround sound with a sub. I have demoed the 321 and I prefer real speakers but that’s just me. Besides it is just a dvd player there is no blu-ray and no way to make it blu-ray. And I go to Boston Globe magazine for all of my audio needs. don’t you?
